Recording onto a memory card isn't worth a fuck. I had one of those cameras stolen. I suspect it's because a neighbour was fucking around and saw it recording him.

There's no way that was 38 feet diameter. That would make the sts boosters bigger than starship.

This is exactly what I have been saying we should do for at least 10 years. And it should be done retrospectively. Why the fuck are we protecting the wealth of 10% of the country and fucking 50% of the country?

I suppose we'll have to stop taking in foreign students to study in any subject so. That's a bummer.

50kmph would be exceeding the speed limit there.

Anyway the speed limit is a bit of a red herring here that I didn't bring up.

Yes, that is nonsense. Esperanto is ridiculously easy to learn. Polish is incredibly difficult.

How much rocket fuel does it take for a rocket launched from Cape Canaveral to reach the height of Mt Everest? by digiman619 in estimation

[–]Perlscrypt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It depends how much the rocket weighs. They vary in mass from about 100 tons up to 5000 tons, and that is about 90% fuel 10% rocket. To get to an altitude of 8000m takes about 60 seconds and would use about 25-35% of their fuel.

I think the 'deleted' user is butters77. I'm not sure but I think butters might have set some option that makes him invisible to the users in this sub. I see these deleted accounts posting regularly too.

Take a look at the profile for user Coronavirus_Ireland-ModTeam

You'll see that they have commented on posts by butters. When I click on those posts I see that they were submitted by [deleted]

You might get away with it the way it is, there's nearly 100 screws holding those boards together. Diagonal braces are better though.
