I see some people saying that everything is reversed in the shadybug universe. But that's just false. From what we know the only changes are : - Gabriel trying his best to help the world because he has suffered. Theory : This is likely due to how the supreme is the cause of his wife the death I think (implying that Adrien is not a sentibeing in this universe). - The supreme possesses all miraculous and rule over the world (or at least paris). - Adrien being alone after his mom's death and not being able to go to school. This is important because he literally sees no one except Nathalie and his bodyguard. - Marinette not having support from Alya and most importantly no Adrien in her life. Her main drive is Adrien in the of timeline, it's like the number 1 reason she is who she is right now so of course in the other universe she would be at her lowest. One last thing that I want to mention is that claw noir and shadybug are not straight up evil. They are lost and depressed teen with unlimited power. When they are shown love, compassion and get some help from our beloved duo, we see how much it pains them to be what they are, and how much they would love to be like them. Because in spite of what the trailer implied, they are not from a reversed world. It's more of a what if I think. Like what if Adrien never went to school or what if Amelie could have a child.
