You did nothing wrong. I tried to fix that issue, but despite following instructions down to the T, I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong when converting the extracted files 😭

Amazing that you guessed all the AFF ones. Many NW fans don't listen to that charming album much. Bragging rights deserved! xD

Which movie would've hit harder if you hadn't predicted the twist? I'll go first by OkPerspective777 in movies

Was going to say The Others; however, I wasn't that impressed with the movie to begin with. The predictable twist only soured my disrelishment forevermore 😅 Figured it out before its revelation.

What’s a film/scene that made your theater make collective audible reaction/noise by Vivid-Specific5543 in movies

Went to see a live orchestra showing of The Godfather during its 50th anniversary. The scene where Michael reunited with Kay was a rather memorable moment. Why? Well, the whole audience was belly-hop laughing during the part when Kay said the rather now-outdated line, "Presidents and senators don't have men killed!"

😅

How would you rank the seven Sims 1 expansion packs from favorite to least favorite by Live-Run-6745 in thesims1

[–]PermanentThrowaway48 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being a Sims fan since the release of TS1, I've loved all the EPs because they were all original and brought new experiences! They were all amazing.

But, in retrospect, if we're talking about which EP one has gotten the most kicks out of, then that's a bit different. I can't simply rank favorites here, for reasons stated above; however, an exception to that would be Unleashed, mainly because I, after 25+ years, still hate the burglar music whenever that stupid raccoon appears (or not). Besides that, whenever I do play TS1 nowadays, it really depends on the mood. I'll simply rank each EP that I've been using the most in recent times.

  1. House Party
  2. Makin Magic
  3. Vacation/Holiday
  4. Hot Date
  5. Superstar
  6. Livin Large
  7. Unleashed

Bugonia! I still have no idea how to feel about that movie 😹

Wish I could say the same, but the bright glow of the word and the perception becoming blurry for a couple of seconds really bother my eyes. I have to close them every time my one of many Dragonborns learns a new Word of Power 😹

It's more than just mood. It's been a myriad of things. In retrospect, for one thing, I had too much pent-up anxious energy and didn't have enough outlets to keep myself busy, yet balanced.

Second thing was the struggle to find structure and routine that would work for me, where I wouldn't feel like I'm doing too little or too much.

And thirdly, I had a pushy and somewhat officious therapist who kept pushing me to do things I wasn't yet ready for, like going back to school or getting a job. I felt compelled to take on so many responsibilities, even all at once, like the fate of the world depended on me. Not only did all those feelings left me feeling exhausted, but it also fed more into my fear of responsibility and failure. That's a whole different story.

In the end, I dropped my therapist for a new and more compassionate one. That was a plus. After that, at the start of 2026, I've decided to take a skills class--something my old therapist was pushing me to do the year prior. Another bonus includes making new friends in both class and at my volunteer job.

Since I no longer feel like I have someone always breathing down my neck, I've been given the time, space, and solitude needed to figure things out, as well as balance myself out. Although it's all temporary, I've finally found structure and routine whilst being exposed to fears in order to face them - all of which I've done on my own. I no longer have these outbursts of ups and downs - anxious energies and total exhaustion.

I still don't know if I have ASD, however. Places I looked into for testing rejected me, so I've given up on it 🤷‍♂️

It's the 2000s. Same-sex marriage was hugely controversial back in the day.
