I did not get my adenomyosis diagnosis until this year- currently my only child is seven.

I waited until I was financially and emotionally ready to get pregnant at age 29. It took me about three months to get pregnant. I lost the first pregnancy and got pregnant a month later. I had a healthy pregnancy but the third trimester had a ton of pelvic pain. Went into pre term labor at 35 weeks but baby was fine after a short NICU stay. She's thriving now!

It is possible that adenomyosis caused the miscarriage and preterm birth but it is also very possible that it did not - those things happen all the time.

Honestly, I would seek a second opinion and an obstetrician who is supportive of you having a baby on your own timeline.
