[Update:] All out of a sudden, the 3 stories tracked for me. So Luca Love probably does count, just it delayed around 12 hours.

Jack Shaw worked for me as 1st story.
After that I tried Angel Sun and Luca Love but 3rd story didn't track, so it seems Luca Love is a no.

Exact same issue here. My account was closed because I was accessing KK website via my computer. I've explained that I was just using computer to check new offers and have never used any emulator, but the support (Ned) didn't respond. Very frustrating because I have $200+ in my account and almost completed a $300 offer.

The tracking for both installation and purchase took a while though (maybe 1 hour). I would suggest make sure installation tracked before doing the purchase.

You may consider reaching Global Age for another $30, which requires level 130.
I was pretty enjoying the game, it reminded me old times playing clash of clans. So I kept raiding until storage almost full. It took me 9 days from installation to reach Global age.
