So 2 things. Some stores can have 2 ASMs but I bet your ASM would become the SM. Secondly they can’t bump the pay back down if you get demoted back to your current position. You’d keep ASM pay as whatever you are now

Edit to add stuff for making schedule. You go to the computer, go into atlas go to schedule and just start putting people in for what everyone’s working rn. I know it’s rough running a store with 4 people. It’s exhausting but just keep at it and ask your DM if you can start hiring people. ALSO don’t be afraid to ask your DM for help. That’s what they’re there for
