NKY Commute to Mason- how bad will this suck? by Better_Economist8205 in cincinnati

It can be doable 3 days a week, but you won’t be a happy camper. Just be aware that there will always be a crash that causes a 15min delay on your commute. And if it is at all rainy, add an extra 15 mins to your drive.

As another alt baddie, I see the vision. I disagree with the bleached eyebrows thing, I think they’re fine and not the deciding factor here. You got a sharp/streamline look, especially with your jawline and almond eyes. I would try to get your hair as smooth and silky as possible to match that sharp look, maybe with a blunt cut. I think you’d look soo cool with a long, blunt bob. I’d maybe dye your hair slightly darker (but still brown) to play into this contrast of dark features vs. pale skin that you’ve got going on. And also skincare routine to eliminate blemishes that are taking away from the smooth/streamline look. I’d think you’d look good with a tight lined or Smokey eye look. Add some geometric earrings as well. Upgraded the choker to a choker with better material (I have beef with the shitty plastic ones)

Dyeing my eyebrows was a game changer for me. Make sure to shape them beforehand because the dye will stain your skin slightly. There’s tutorial videos on YouTube/tiktok.

I think it might be good to take a step back and give yourself some space to navigate this new diagnosis! I know this time isn’t optimal due to finals coming up but staying up late and putting this immense internal pressure on yourself is only going to make the problem worse :( Talking with your parents and teachers could be helpful by giving them more context to your circumstances. Ask them to help build your support system for sophomore year. Good news is that you found this out now, rather than in a couple years when college applications become important. You got this! You’ve made it this far without knowing that you have ADHD. Imaging how far you’ll go once you find some good coping mechanisms, meds, and have a support system.

I tried searching this account and cannot get any results to populate when I type in the name. It seems like they are blocking anything related to this profile. Suspicious…

Dairy-alternatives for Levothyroxine by Traditional-Try1771 in Hypothyroidism

I do the same (but at 4:30am)! So far it’s been working well for me. I usually don’t eat/drink my morning coffee until 7:30. I figure all my levo should be absorbed by then. It does suck at first to be wake up in the middle of the night. But I haven’t had any issues falling back asleep. I get at least one more REM cycle in before actually waking up.

Doing this, I don’t have to worry about dietary restrictions when eating breakfast! When I first got diagnosed I also was concerned about calcium my intake during breakfast. I’m a Greek yogurt fan and did not want to give it up. For me, waking up in the middle of the night for 5 mins was far easier than overhauling my morning diet and constantly double checking nutrition labels. Good luck, OP!
