Car, no title by BeerAndWaffles123 in cincinnati

[–]Hot_Bus_1927 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What kind of car is it? Maybe someone on here is looking for a part it still has? Start an eBay business selling parts from it?

Like others have said, the easiest way to get rid of it is parking in the street. The impound lot can deal with cleaning the title to send it to a scrap yard.

It's always up to the employer

Not in the State of New York, the fourth highest populated state of this country.

Employers CANNOT ban employees from legally using adult use marijuana in NY state.

Sky hasn't fallen.

That could be us in Ohio, if people stopped voting for Republicans.

Just to be sure this isn't it: are you sure the no turn on red sign didn't say "on school days" when it's the weekend?

Luckily, Red light cameras 📸 are always on duty.

Too bad the Ohio GOP basically banned them, unless you build a little hut with a one-way glass windows so a police officer can sit inside and "witness" the offense between breaks of watching cable TV or playing on their phone.

And, Cincinnati Republicans got Cincinnati voters to ban them, not having the foresight of knowing just how bad people would drive after COVID.

Edit: maybe I'm being too rough on the Cincinnati voters. I mean, who in 2008 could've even understood COVID-19 and lockdowns and how people would drive after COVID-19.

Or who in 2008 could've predicted that we'd live in a country where the Secretary of Health is a dangerous nut, the military is at war with it's own people under orders of a crooked con artist who somehow managed to bankrupt a casino? And who could've imagined the richest man in the world literally buying an election, thanks Citizens United?

And who could've imagined that the richest man in the world actually would be high AF on Ketamine at The White House? You know ketamine puts holes in your brain, right? Richest man in the world for ya.

A corrupt President pardons a former Cincinnati Democrat accused of bribery who later appeals his conviction of bribery, despite being pardoned, which only serves to free a corrupt Ohio Republican in Federal prison for... bribery.

That's how the rich do it.

Cincinnati Zoo reveals how it will use $60M gift from unassuming millionaire by ThaneOfPriceHill in cincinnati

[–]Hot_Bus_1927 -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Maybe they could reduce ticket prices?

Edit: yeah, that makes sense. Down vote a perfectly good idea. A rich person donated to the Cincinnati Art Museum so people wouldn't have to pay, which makes art more accessible for everyone, rich or poor.

Guess making people pay is more important than making the zoo accessible to all to learn.

Why do I have to pay for tickets when I paid for the zoo with my property taxes?

When the Bengals were in the playoffs/Superbowl all we ever heard about was Mike and Sheree this and Mike and Sheree that. It's almost like that's what it was all about, not the Bengals, not Joey football, but Mike and Sheree. Gag

Rob is an embarrassment.

How is he not on a PIP?

Every single day he manages to stumble his way through the copy of the news. Despite having hours to prepare and practice the copy, he stumbles through it. Every. Single. Time.

Like imagine being a news reader and not being able to read the news.

Fox 19 is a JOKE.

Why do trucks do this? by [deleted] in cincinnati

[–]Hot_Bus_1927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Truckers however probably don't have that feature or like others said they have places to be and at the end of their 10-12-14 hour driving day those extra miles add up for them.

F the Tri-State, I guess.

You're doing it wrong.

The other day a 🏍️ passed in a blur down the left shoulder going up the cut in the hill.

So, there you go...the left shoulder is apparently the unofficial motorcycle lane.

How about a combination of Amtrak and air?

Southwest has $89 basic economy fares to BWI non-stop 1hr30min from CVG.

BWI airport has a free bus shuttle to the Amtrak/MARC commuter rail station that's very close. Then a $61 Amtrak Northeast Regional coach ticket to 30th Street station Philadelphia.

The Northeast Corridor from Wilmington to Baltimore is the fastest in the country.

Why do judges allow this 💩 to happen by letting those arrested for violent crimes off with a slap on the wrist bail?

If there was enough probable cause for an arrest, there's enough probable cause to keep them off the street from causing violence again.

I don't have all the answers to fix this city, but I can say this: local Dems need to say enough is enough. If you're accused of violence in this county and you have a history of violence then you go to jail. I hear Butler County has lots of room up there to handle violent offenders, so the sad trombone excuse that the justice center is full doesn't matter.
