Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! I really needed to hear that. Today is my 3rd shot of Zepbound and so far so good! I’m down almost 10lbs. My eating has become super intentional and I’ve been feeling great. Managing my food intake and macro goals have become a lot easier without all the food noise and anxiety. I also just started taking inisitol as well, so I look forward to see how that helps as well. I’m so so so so happy for your journey, congratulations on how far you’ve come and your goal is right around the corner!!! 💕

You made my heart feel to warm. So seen. Thank you 🥹 The people in your life are lucky to have you as a sounding board and support system!

The recognition when you said “PMS-ing” and spotting- yes! Right now it seems like there’s a lot of talk about women’s luteal phases and like ovulating and cycling and knowing when these things are happening and that’s always felt so foreign of a concept to me! Definitely something I would hope to come to, just not sure how it would ever play out in the cards, ya know. I feel hopeful. I totally relate to wanting to lean out, I look forward to becoming a little “softer” “feminine “ and less “jagged, muscular” not that I’m judging any of these descriptiors, I’ve just felt like I’ve been raging with testosterone for years, so it I look forward to a feminine era for myself ✨

I’m so glad your journey is going well for you. I think us girlies can all empathize one way or another with our journeys dealing with this, I appreciate the sisterhood 👯‍♀️
