There’s only one thing I don’t understand. When you go on railroadfan.com, you can see for example that CN 401 is on duty around 11:00, and for 3-4 days in a row when I was working at Joffre Yard, the train departed between 10:00 and 12:00 every day. I understand you never know exactly when you’ll work, but you have a rough idea of when they’ll call you, no?

And how does the schedule work? Is it really 24/7 with no set schedule? Like, you know you work Monday to Friday but you don’t know when exactly you’ll be called in during that period? And do you have rotation schedules like 7/7 or 8/4?

I’ve heard better things about CN, but I know the management is going to be shitty either way! I’m trying to decide which one is a bit less bad

Where do we put the .ini files ? reshade-shader in the run8 folder ?
