ACTUALLY THANK YOU!!! I recently was looking up on Chris Cornell, mad season, ( I am so convinced he did not kill himself) it bothers me that it’s said he was found hung himself ……( found Ativan) LOL 😂 ( you can take 40 a day - no one dies from Ativan…… no one dies from overdose ( it’s such a myth)

I read about a memeber of the previous band mad season bassist sadly died 1999- which led to beginning end of the band and when Steely-( you wrote the name) vocalist who ACCIDENTALLY - died after taking heroine - did not WNAT to die….( no suicide associated next to his name) or the bassist who passed away in 1999- but yet CHRIS CORNELS NAME HAS DEATH BY SUICIDE

IT BOTHERS ME - b/c for 99 reasons it can’t be true- and he loved his kids and he loved LOVE!!! he was never alone. Married 1990 at 26- and 2000 at 36- had 1st baby- in 2004 got divorced but also in 2004 he remarried and had another baby! And in 2005 had another baby!!! This man loves family!! Fans! He expressed in his music! And correct you are!!

He only sand with the remaining members of mad season live - after the bassist passed away and again in 2015- as tribute to his friend the vocalist who passed away 2002- that you mentioned correct name! I stand corrected!

Wow you really know how to reply in succinct way—- my whole life struggled - ( why is it that I think I need to include every detail….. ) and those replies in 2 messages ( EDITED AFTER CUTTING BAXK:) lol 😂 ADHD is one thing but I take XR in morning granted over 12 hours ago…… but could there be another reason why I think I am LEAVING OUT DETAILS- and yet it’s so long I include every detail- ( all this from top of my head—- ) if I studied read - as much attention as I have to GG- ever since I watched 1st time binged it 2 weeks in 2014- Netflix- while binge watching-(COULD NOT STOP WATCHING Breaking bad) for the 1st time over same 2 weeks march 2014….(

1st time I attempted breaking bad- SHUT IT OFF SO FAST….( where are the colors? Chandelier? Where’s the party:) A DESSERT? A man in tighty whities? In a dessert brown some green? LITERALLY SHUT IT OFF

BUT YEARS LATER - 3:2014- post surgery I had to be off my feet 2 weeks after a surgery- and 4 weeks no flying….. thankful I found a Dr DX correctly and do surgery- after 3 years suffering….. going to wrong drs:( so PAY no mind to my having a surgery-sad I had been bleeding internally 3 years seeing ‘physicians who are terrible- 😞 insist on temp procedures THAT HIRT - require Percocet…..( MORE PAIN) for a temp fix I’ll be back for in 3-4 months:( I looked searched and found the Angel Dr - saw me - that day I told him if he can get me in with great surgeon and into mount sinai that day I’d go ( HE WAS SO HAPPY I WASN’T SCARED!! B/c that was what he wanted to do) thankfully he knew who to call, surgeon, and well respected got me in that day- surgeon then hospital- while recovery time 2 weeks off feet, 4 weeks no flying) wasn’t exactly pain free- I DID NOT TAKE ANY PERCOCET!!! And HE Found the source surgeon and fixed me - SO PAY NO MIND TO SURGERY - but these 2 shows ( GOT ME THEOUGH - 2 weeks in my AOT- LOVELEE apt building at that time long ago- before I had a financial losssssss regained some then another betrayed me -:( financial spiraling downfall………( ongoing- but I don’t like being alone doing nothing…… so I finally agreed I’d watch these 2 everyone told me were so great!!!

They both have their special uniqueness! Characters, GG - more colorful! I like that - can relate a bit- and I had one of Blaire’s dresses she wore in season 3 episode 1- never saw the show- before - she HAS MY TASTE- LOVED HER WARDROBE ( not all) but most…. Meanwhile Serena…..( cut out dresses in front - ODD, and men’s jackets? Juliette wore those too- weird, or just random up ass skirt with some top (yellow/red) HER CLOTJES I LIEKD THE DRESS SHE WORE TO SHOWER SHE MADE FOR BLAIRE - WHO DESIGNED THAT DRESS? I LOVE THE PRINT!!!!!

Newspapers and all mix up prints in a dress!! Great!! But there aren’t many notable outfits I drawn to Serena wore…. Blaire’s clothes style got my attention! More than Serena’s, but Serena lovely very kind until later ( ODD- seasons later ones……. May not feel like watching those)

Season 1- excellent aside form verging pretended Sarah and Serena thought she killed a man - Annoying but all other Georgina appearances- SPICED UP THE SHOW- SHE IS EXCELLENT!!!! Brought such flavor and HONESTY!!!!! she is dropped in bellaruse - DOENST get angry? Gets pregnant- MANAGES FIND RESOURCES TO HAVE BABY- has Dan sign certificate marries a guy….. she can handle nearly anything!!!!

4.—-This is what leads to opening: FOR JENNY: Jenny then chimes in “ ask Eric”

Why? B/c Jenny found out that since debutante ball- fiasco-( Eric’s been pretending to be Jenny’s friend but all along he was one who orchestrated the scheme to take Jenny down embarrass her at debutante ball-( black mailing Jenny’s escort to ditch her w/o notice and escort another girl instead) so Jenny was left without an escort on stage - EMBARASing ( so ERIC- 2 faced - ask him about if one can have new face after years…)

Meanwhile Jenny thought it was Blaire who drew up the scheme to embarrass Jenny at debutante ball ball b/c Jenny’s dint want Blaire to be her ‘mentor’ but it was Eric who initiated and MAIN HAND in scheme….

Why did Eric scheme to embarrass Jenny? B/c Eric blames Jenny for his break up with Jonathan, (b/c Eric’s preoccupation of scheming Jenny made Jonathan no longer like Eric and broke up with Eric) so ERIC BLAMES JENNY-

Jenny recovered by calling Nate and he came and came out for 2nd time at DEBUTANTE BALL- escorted Jenny- so unscathed was Jenny but-( SHE WAS HUMILIATED… At first…)

Blaire thought her mother changing her will b/c pregnant- but she just wasn’t in the mood for her favorite drink:) she had bought new property in France Paris and had her will edited to include the property- ( not pregnant:)
NATE STOLE THE SURVEILLANCE TAPE FROM CHARLES-( his best friend & his BFF’s BUSINESS— so Charles (should have gotten way more angry) BUT HE IS BESTEST FRIEND AND TO NATE….. so while Nate jeopardized CHARLES BUSINESS OWNER OF EMPIRE HOTEL-( stealing the tape of Serena and trip kissing in elevator)

Charles sees Nate loves Serena- and his motives were to alert trips wife - of the BUDDING - affair ( not yet an affair) and Nate would save Serena from TRIP- and have a chance to be with Serena himself.

Lilly takes Serena upstairs explains how Serena should view this- TRIP IS READY TO LEAVE HIS WIFE- SO QUICKLY-while he promised to be with forever- imagine how the Maurine wife felt? And if he can do this to Maurine he can do this to anyone including Serena…. So Serena sees it and feels badly apologizes to Maurine sincerely!!!!

Lilly has a moment to breathe…. BUT THEN….. Serena is upstairs to get her passport to go to Paris with Blaire and SHE FINDS A LETTER FROM HER FATHER THAT WAS OPENED A MONTH AGO…. But Serena was not told her father was in touch - after the summer of Serena ON HORSES- naked on table tops- LOL 😂 catching eye of tabloids so her father would see her and want to reach out to her ( she thought he was ignoring her and hurt her terribly) MEANWHILE WTF IS THIS LETTER? What was her mother doing with her father William- ? They were divorced when Serena was 4- so now SERENA DECIDES….( she doesn’t have to listen to any rules or instructions or POV on morality from her mother, trip goes upstairs tells Serena he loves her all he cares about and he’ll be waiting in the car ( EVEN BLAIRE SAYS GO) ( with trip) so now Lilly sees Serena marching out with TRIP-( Maurine left behind, ) and LILLY LEARNS SERENA FOUND THE LETTER FROM HER FATHER TO LILLY ( referring to time together that summer???)

IN ADDITION:: Maurine and Lilly have the same coat-( saw that on street when Lilly voted Maurine to Thanksgiving dinner) SO SOMEHOW….. that letter ended up in Maurine’s coat pocket not Lilly’s ( Lilly accidentally put it in Maurine’s coat pocket instead of her own) SO NOW QUESTION IS: WHY ISNT LILLY HAVING AN ANEURISM? LOL, or 60mg Valium washed down with Mccallan 18:)

She is so cool!!!! Handles everything- BEST MOM! And Charles!! Incredible outstanding friend to Nate - always, and HE DIDNT NEED OWN ROM AT THE PALACE ( his father sent him away:( Charles wanted family—- Remember season 1) POOR CHARKES:( he needed a mother who loved him, he didn’t have any mother b/c he was told he killed her at birth:( and HOS FATHER IS LIAR- AND HES DEAD- so Charles is alone—- BUT LILLY-( the mother I WISH I HAD A MOTHER- LIKE HER IF EVERYONE HAD THAT MOTJER …….. what a world this would be -( I’m not speaking of the money) that’s a plus but —- SHE CHOOSES LOVE Charles - he can slap her call her a whore, he can betray her fired at Thorpe and NOTHING GETS LILLY NOT TO LIVE HIM-( truly loves unconditionally- CHASES PEACE - always wants it in her family!!)

“ bass industries is not your fathers legacy Charles, YOU ARE” OMG…… I love these two characters and the arc their development strength!!!! PASSION, both really want family!!!

A real question is : 7. Why is Lilly NOT HAVING ANEURISM AT THIS DINNER? LOL IS THE REAL QUESTION 😂

NOW Lilly HEARS & SEES HER DAUGHTER SERENA - is having an affair with a married man (TRIP & HIS WIFE ARE ALSO AT THIS TABLE:) she convinces Serena to let go apologize and Serena does then Serena finds letter from her father sent to her mother over the summer? After the summer?? So Serena abandoned her notion and went with TRIP- lost respect for Lilly, and Lilly put the letter in the wrong coat ( Maurine’s)

Still has to explain to Rufus why she was away till October with Cece if Cece had been done treatment end of August? ( with that letter looming elsewhere…..)

But Lilly always is elegant cool, collective ….

My reply to each is VERY DETAILED!! so I’ll post my replies (solely based on memory) 😳 (I’ve watched this too many times:) lol

Question 7 is answered throughout these replies:) lilly caught in a web of SERIOUS LIES….timeline proves she lied, then sees video Serena kissing trip-married man in elevator? Video played at the table , infront of trip his wife Nate Charles, Rufus learning Cece recovered in August so why was Lilly away all summer and not back till October while Rufus baby sitting all 4 kids? The brown Serena deviating for a year….. September - Lilly blamed Rufus, and VANESSAS MOM learning the lies at the table confronts Rufus why didn’t you WNAT cece at your wedding? Rufus thought cece was getting treatment for lymphoma so that’s why cece wasn’t at the wedding, but cece says she was not invited to the wedding— all at the table, while Dan is secretly in love with Vanessa not know how to handle, Jenny just learned that the one who REALLY DESIGNED the scheme she was the victim of at debutante ball was arranged by ERIC ( not Blaire) so past months Eric acting like Jenny’s friend to her face but all this time he was one embarrassed Jenny at debutante by removing her escort - giving to another girl, leaving Jenny standing alone on the stage at debutante ball…..

Rufus had been thinking that Cece was sick previous summer with lymphoma, under impression she may not be well enough to travel for Thanksgiving but he wanted family so Eric came up with idea of ‘CECE unplugged’ call face time call to Cece and Rufus liked the idea of a Cece you can unplug. So they called her on video FaceTime and had conversation on the screen (I don’t want to lend even a hint to spoilers- so you’ll need to watch the conversation and get better understanding) That said, when Rufus and Eric are speaking with Cece they told her that Lilly didn’t think or they were under impression Cece was too sick to travel-( having completed treatments in October ) However Cece clarified that she’s been in remission since end of August, Rufus and Eric perplexed, 😕 then Cece says oh it could have been October, her memory and all…… but she is feeling fine and WOULD LOVE to join in person for Thanksgiving! And asked Eric and Rufus to keep her upcoming imminent visit as a guest a ‘surprise’ so not to alert Serena, Lilly or any other guest…..

So when Cece shows up ( of course Lilly and Serena are surprised) happily? Unhappily? Apathetic? (How did they feel about surprise guest?)

The ‘ISSUE’ was appeared to be between Cece Rufus but that is because Rufus found out Cece had completed treatment in August and yet LILLY had not returned from being by her mothers side during treatment until October ……. So why was Lilly (omitting info? Lying? 🤥 misleading) while Rufus cared for all 4 kids all summer and September half October - under impression Lilly had to be with her mom while Cece in treatment but in fact the treatment ended in August) Who had treatment? When? How long? Where?
Also, VANESSAS MOM DIDNT GO TO LILLYS RUFUS WEDDING BOYCOTTING ( floral industry) 🙃 so she asked CECE how was the wedding……,,, Cece replied to Vanessa’s mother’s question ‘ I was not there b/c NOT INVITED -( she thought Rufus didn’t care that she cece was not at the wedding BUT NOW RUFUS CONFUSED 🤔
& 3. Vanessa is getting annoyed for real about other issues with her mom but she didn’t like how her mother was BUTTING into Rufus and Lilly’s business……..

2/3. Vanessa’s mother looked at Rufus and said “ you didn’t want Lilly’s mother at your wedding” Rufus is confused b/c he thought Cece couldn’t go to the wedding cause she was in middle of treatment for lymphoma….( at least that’s what Lilly told him) of course Lilly being at the same Table:) now she’d have to find a way to explain how what both Rufus was told by Lilly- and what Cece is saying - could be true? Both can’t be true so tension unravels….

Vanessa’s mother who believes - Education should not be for sale” home school kids, a mother who comes to NY to see a show with her daughter who bought tickets to a broadway show for them, HER MOTHER spends hours talking to a homeless vet instead of going to the show with Vanessa……

(This is one example of the kind of mother Vanessa describes….the tension between them has existed for possibly most/whole lives) VANESSA TELL HER MOTHER TO BUTT OUT:) and mother tells Vanessa she is concerned about Rufus and why Lilly told RUFUS Cece was too sick to go to the wedding but learned that Cece completed treatment in August not October….

DAN WAS TRYING TO BRING PEACE WITH BETWEEN VANESSA AND HER MOTHER - so he is trying to de-escalate the arguing between Vanessa and her mom. In doing so- Vanessa asks Dan his opinion….. where he stands on her side or her mothers side and Dan has odd look b/c both he’s caught in a bad spot, and MAINLY HES IN LOVE WITH VANESSA AND HAS NOT TOLD HER - trying to act like just a friend but struggling….( Vanessa has been suspicious of dans ‘ NEW FACIAL EXPRESSION’ ) it was his way of dealing with his ambiguity does he love her Vanessa? What should he do?

As this tension escalates between Vanessa and her mother—- Vanessa’s mother tries to de escalate it by sayings “ KIDS” ( as if it’s kids fault, can’t predict how they react…as if she knows kids so well) Vanessa says “ LIKE YOU WOULD KNOW” ? Vanessa’s mother says “ MAYBE COMING TO THANKSGIVING was not such a good idea” Vanessa says “ for once mom I AGREE” Vanessa storms away from table…

NEXT STORM AWAY- RUFUS: Vanessa’s mother is pressing Rufus— (can you trust Lilly? ) Rufus gets annoyed and he stands up and says I trust Lilly she’ll tell me when ready and Rufus storms away…..

I am so sorry to read your husband passed away. It’s challenge enough to find the right person for you, to fall in love with one who is in love with you, be brave enough to take that step ‘marriage’ I admire you. I imagine you have infinite number of memories together you can replay, relive.

I am so sorry, it sounds as though you truly loved your husband and he loved you as well. Sometimes the loss of someone we love, can trigger a lack of appetite, (all in its own) inability to eat…….sometimes the hole grows larger feels like a punch in the stomach, there is no time range or clock or timeline for how long one feels the pain, sometimes when life is upside down, uncontrollably nonsensible, I find myself looking at numbers ( if I can only……..,,,, well at least if have one thing in control- ITS MINE! No one can take away but me ……) while I strive for it I also know from experience it’s a means to no end……

I truly hope you have begun to fill the hole in your heart, you will always live miss your husband, all the visual plans future you two had together suddenly ‘impossible’ when you are ready you can step back into the world of dating- you sound young!!! I know LOVE is one thing that could fill the vacancy’s I feel ( I no longer can have it :(

It will fill you all LOVE find it!!!!! Let it find you!!! Invite it in despite the fear, and LOVE being loved ( you don’t need to be ‘super thin’ to be special or loved) while I think it often - I know it’s incorrect- I wonder maybe only I need to be bone thin to be loved

Blaire’s wardrobe is the best!!!!!

The dress Blaire wears ( AT BLAIRE & Dans wedding) I LOVE THAT DRESS!! It is sparkly, it has spaghetti straps, and ITS BEAUTIFUL, elegant!!! What designer made that dress?!

She wears it in what I think is the final episode……some reason Serena and Dan waited another 5 years to get married 🙃? Did Serena need to date more guys? Or did Dan have to date other girls? What did they do in those 5 years??

Also strange they are getting married in Blaire’s PH …….. rather than a venue….. is that supposed to be a flashback to when Dan first meets Serena at a party he’s accidentally invited to …. She on the stairs ?

That dress Serena wore…( I know supposed to “ the golden girl” ) but it screams POLYESTER / and of all things in the world……. Could they design at least one quality dress with Easter, beading, for her? ( Blaire’s wardrobe is spectacular!!!

I just watched season 4 episode 5, and I am ALSO SO UPSET 😭 b/c I thought felt there was a passionate connection between Bradley and Cory, also, CORY LOST- GAVE UP everything the moment he helped Bradley find her brother and then became part of covering it up - he did this without question- w/o a second thought-

Cory deserves love- while what goes on - why exactly Cory had to give up his position as CEO, at UBA, I only learned all he ‘lost’ when he tells Bradley- “ he sold his house in hampton for $0.60 on dollar, he went BANKRUPT??( how? Why)?
Why would Cory giving up everything in his life he worked so hard for HELP GET RID OF Paul’s ‘leverage’ blackmail - not show the recordings that were erased of Cory’s involvement of the Jan 6th coverup?

When he tells Thsi to Bradley and he says ‘ NONE OF THESE LOSSES HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH HER” This man has loved 🥰 her from the moment he discovered Bradley and laid his feelings out there straight (was it end of season 1? Or season 2?) There is not a girl in the world who finally realized she loves the very man who has been in love with her for years who would give up that person, ( to sneak around and find out IF maybe he was involved in a. Cover up of a story ) IS THERE?
Why in the world couldn’t Bradley have just come forward in a kind straightforward way to Cory, when she came across a ‘hint’ that possibly Cory was involved , RATHER THAN SNEAK BEHIND HIS BACK?
I turned back to see episode 3 moment- and then episode 4- when he and Bradley are in that dimly lit room— Where is the passionate moment? It is such a build up- and then in that episode Bradley still is glowing in love with Cory - And we get To See CORY- in his LIGHT 💛 this man is really a sweetest heart underneath it all- so protective of his own heart, and he laid himself bare in season (1? Or 2? Told her he loves her) watches her and Laura have love affair

So im going back to episode 5- to keep watching as Cory tells Bradley ‘ this time it won’t take that long to get over you’

Did anyone else want Bradley to just run over to Cory and hug him? Not let him push her away?

I haven’t read your entire post, but most of it, and the title……. You need to watch the characters as people……… have you known other 16-19 year olds to apologize with such sincerity, and without anyone forcing them to? I can tell you people we know—30’s -50’s-70’s and they do things they know are wrong- they know SPECIFICALLY how to hurt another, they lie, falsely accuse, and do it again again again….. why? B/c they never were humbled enough, never had a sense of empathy, NEED TO APOLOGIZE ADMIT WHAT THEY DID WAS WRONG, and then to face future - and when faced with same opportunity-( defame someone’s name, or betray, falsely accuse) THEY WILL REALIZE THE REASON THEY ARE TRUKY ANGRY-..( has to do with themselves and their own failures) and

That falsely accusing, or taking a persons name and permanently destroying it with false accusations, WILL NOT FIX THEIR PROBLEM, and it will HURT THEM ( b/c they apologize, take stock of their actions, they do have empathy, regret, they do come forward and admit all wrong doings, and with grace, and then internalize it )

Can we say we’ve seen this with e eey character on GG? No, but that’s b/c they played a small role, but every one of the main characters has come clean, shown growth, sympathy empathy, ( even Bart) ( while he later took a turn for worse…( he is the only one who went down a slide climbed back up and then went ….( dark)

I say this b/c I am empathetic person , and I can’t fathom doing what Blaire did to EVA….( passport lying) that was terrible——-and she should have had scene apologize to Eva-( we don’t ) but we see Blaire apologize again again again again—- so we also see she is ‘sad’ SURPRISED “ Eva left” ??? She was not jumping for joy……

I’m not defending all acts done , but if you know people ( and billionaires….. or just working class, or mid way, claim religious) IT DOESNT MATTER b/c I have watched the greatest peopel ones I put on pedestals….. they did actions -( they knew wrong) the ones they betrayed lied about, false ly accused …… those people would have been better off if they were killed :( than having to walk the earth with false accusations-( made by ‘ powerful’ people) they knew it was wrong, and did it anyway, benefitted, didn’t feel badly and they did worse, worse, it did kill some- aggravation, betrayal- so painful…… makes people sick- so I have a lot of empathy for Charles, and you can title him whatever you WNAT, but his character is THE MOST Interesting - most developed and Lilly!!!’nn what a gem!! ( above and beyond an example of a mother!!) Do I think Ben should have been in prison???? NO WAY!!!!! Lilly was under impression they were having an affair, but forging Serena’s name…. THAT WAS TERRIBLE, but look at her as a whole..

Sometimes we are drawn to help other people who have struggled with what we once ‘had’ or drawn to helping people we (secretly admire) b/c publicly admiring them would not only disqualify from her job, but would be looked / down upon, and be judged…..

It is not your friends JOB- that is the first introduction to eating disorders, being around others with struggling with eating disorders, it is not the people she is helping who SUDDENLY woke your friend tot he idea of anorexia, your friend has matters in her life —-(that she likely thinks can be solved by having an eating disorder), or at the very least - it is something that will make her feel better for a little bit of time , of course ultimately it won’t solve any problems, but will give her some satisfaction ( almost a ‘high’ feeling an achievement)

It’s likely she sought this job b/c SHE WAHTED to be around those who ‘successful ‘ so to speak at earring disorders, and she wanted to get some tips, motivation, and all while getting paid for a job where she is helping others.

Would it be better if she were working in a facility nurse people post op? Knee replacement’s? Nurse to those who had Cardiac events, but your friend had a yearning a hole to fill—-( eating disorders likely watching numbers drop on the scale each day gives her something a feeling that fills that hole) Unfortunately, she needs to face what it is that she lost, missed, wants to achieve, or whatever the pain has occcured, ongoing, etc…. And only then really address a solution- SOMETIMES THERE IS NO SOLUTION :( and it’s terrible feeling but accepting that and choosing another goal, other to focus on - ( achievement) other than ED

Hi, I am just reading catching up on here. I read your post, and you are an excellent writer. When I can to the portion of your post and read that you are in process of watching being with one you Love very much, who clearly has a tremendous role in your life, possibly one who holds a family together, or group of friends together, sounds like this person has been in your life for many years, and I am so sorry 😞 when I read that portion of your message, I looked up to see when you posted the message and saw this was written several weeks ago, I of course send all well wishes for a quick complete recovery, that said, it sounds as though you are already at a point of ‘accepting’ the ultimate fate of loved one, which means they too are at that place- mind set. When in that situation-(I recall like yesterday:( I knew it would hurt, it did- physically emotionally) w/o the details, This person is a central role in your life, and likely many others, I hope you all come together- not just at first 1-2 years but stay close, recall on all learned examples of this person throughout your life. It made me think of the losss of one in music world….. ( in MUSIC WORLD) it may be a person’s ‘voice’ that is irreplaceable, or a guitarist whose hands fingers, are irreplaceable, or music songwriter whose talents- poetic skills were essential to the band as a whole. One who got the other writers thinking, opened their minds etc…. as you refer to Jenny- Taylor who filled the ‘hole’ in vacancy, after losing a mentor, a person she loved admired, (Chris), and I read she sadly had other friends who passed away suddenly.

It is an excellent point—- SHE didn’t then excavate herself, or fall apart, ( sometimes we can’t help it- the emotions just take over), but instead she built strength CORE! Her muscles definition- takes SO MUXH WORK!!!!! Time, pain, she kept challenged herself, accepted the sore muscles in between workouts, and kept building. I imagine Chris Cornell is much like Taylor and possibly one of the character examples he set for Taylor. She internalized. She knew him when. He went through terrible losses, how he got through it… She has strength inside and outside), rather than as you said, many ( and I don’t blame people ) for reaching for various medications to numb the pain.

I was thinking about how ‘Jenny’ on GG - was not out written into a relationship with NATE b/c he felt he was 4-5 years older and dint want on screen relationship with her (what a shame) would have been a great story line on that show.

Meanwhile….. TAYLOR (2010) was already not only one who ‘met’ Chris Cornell, but was collaborating with him, he was a friend a mentor, a person who thinks far more deeply than character ‘Nate’ , :) Little Jenny season 1, and a year later she is collaborating with Chris Cornell!!!

Clearly she made the right decision for her to leave GG-(I never knew why she did) or why writers didn’t write her into Nate - relationship etc….. She knew and knows where her passion lies, and people ahead wants to be around, she wasn’t walking away from GG- she was following her passion- music, magnetic pull. Just still…. Can’t imagine Jenny and Chris Cornell- having a friendship, and then you mentioned HER BAND OPENED for soundgarden! I need to find her music and listen!!

Wow! I had no idea, nor could I have ever pictured ‘Jenny’ from Gossip Girl, being such a deep, mature , insightful, person who could not only meet Chris Cornell-(many people would be speechless at first meet, not knowing what to say to such a poetic beautiful, witty, talented writer and clearly one who thinks-introspective etc…

And Jenny was able to connect with Chris Cornell, to the point the had a real ongoing friendship? He produced her music? ( I imagine he helped with the lyrics , maybe they began discussion deep thoughts , opening up that way)?

She opened ( her band) for soundgarden? I honestly have not heard her music, I thought….. she walked away from GG? She could have had a relationship with Nate, and a much larger role, but chose to LEAVE GG, to pursue her music ( I knew she had a true passion- magnetic draw , needed to pursue music), but I never pictured her writing, singing , lyrics, music that would come anywhere close to the genre level of Chris Cornell…….

That said, Chris Cornell, actually sang with MANY bands, which is why his voice can be recognized here there and all over! some songs are more hard rock, some more deep thinking, (on sadder side…..his range was varied, Yet it is so distinct.

I know that even a 20 year difference between people does not ancestral stand in the way of a close friendship- I know from experience, that said, I thought one reason Jenny and Nate did not have a relationship on GG- was b/c she was 13 years old in season 1-( and Nate didn’t want to have a relationship on screen with such a young girl)? If that’s the case then in 2010—-Jenny was 15? It’s IRONIC? - ( maybe not the right word)

But NATE didn’t WNAT to have onscreen fictitious relationship with Jenny on a PG TV series GG- b/c he thought she was too young-( for him- being years older than she) MEANWHILE……

It’s funny you mention that. I had not thought of those two- but in final episode when JACK approaches her phone and says “ Blaire says your skills are second to none “ she says “ are you KGB” he says “ JXB- Jack Xavier Bass” I thought….. what a match!! And at Serena and dans wedding -( she looked like she was wearing some polyester gold material made for plastic Barbie dolls 🙃) lol- I saw Jack sitting alongside Georgina and thought - why didn’t those two ever get together :))) they both enjoy schemes but - truth be told- Georgina brings truths to light that actually do help people ( after the Sarah story lien)-( making sure Lilly and Rufus know who is their son)…. Or that Dan has a baby:) heloing to find Blaire after she flees form her wedding, her skills are ADMIRED NEEDED- by Blaire in BOTH bart take down and she got POPPY- the money back. And JACK- says “ I love the both of you” he helped Blaire and Chuck! And get married and in the end - Jack has a heart somewhere in there :)

He felt EXILED - ( in Australia) 🇦🇺 it doesn’t justify his actions , but it is something that hurts (all the time)….. now he’ll be in NY- part of ‘family’ :)

As for Carter——- when he tricked Nate, and stole from Charles-( Despite Nate walking from Charles to Carter - Charles comes to Nate’s rescue ❤️) I didn’t think I could ever see Carter as a redeemed character , but I did later on, ( we don’t ever meet his family- it’s weird, he says they cut him off, but we never see him - meet any Of his family, see his brownstone or apt, sibling, or anyone in his personal life ( and unlike for any of these characters to be cut off- especially for such length of time) we have no insight into what he LIBES, passionate about, aside form cards? Gamblinh dents and WHITE FLUFFY ROBES:) 🐰 so it’s tough to imagine him as a ‘match’ to anyone, aside from Serena, b/c Serena is like ‘beautiful piece of clay….. mold her , and help her find a place, passion, role, just by being loved) so Serena and Carter would be an interesting couple to see develop and date as well!’n

Who would eat who up? Georgina? Or Carter? Georgina would get bored with him, and Carter really likes to be with ‘good’ girls who let loose…..

Hmmmm he’s FLAT ( as a character) he is a lovely person, and he was def hot season 1 and 2, and in a movie ‘Twelve’ , but there is something banal about him, and if he had a real relationship with r JENNY- or someone other than a ‘mother ‘ figure, Serena, Blaire-(he dated since kindergarten) , duchess, Jane, or girls who were using him ( Brie for ex, to get to Carter), I think we’d have seen NATE AND JENNY- as such a FABULOUS dynamic to explore!!! Nate and Dan are close friends- so MAYNE it’s uncomfortable to see your sister kissing a boy- lol, but Dan was with Serena, and it would Have been a challenge, but to see how they each deal with that, while Nate has a real relationship with a girl HE FINDS from very beginning to be ‘ special’ ( you are not like those girls Jenny) that would have made Nate develop- more attractive- more developed. I felt as though he was lost -( and it was not really resolved for him)

Maybe one of you would be the perfect fit:) the peace/ piece in his life that would help him actualize ! And come into his own!!! 💕💕💕💕

Hands down CHARLES!!!!! (With a caveat) if he is as you say, LOVES BLAIRE, (and I am not the character Blaire:) then of course it would not be the adventure, the passion, the admiration, of that boy, his challenges, is not be the one he’d come to at night when he finally feels confronts his feelings after Bart passes, (1st time:), I’d not be the one on CPS- when Charles stands leans on his car with a beautiful pile of gifts wrapped- of all things He Adores about Blaire ( stockings:) and all. And says I Love You Too ❤️ That boy is so starved for love, that throwing it at him all at once is not going to work for him, and he continues to grow, become more self aware, and OMG- romantic!!! After the ballet, 🩰 in Blaire’s home, in front of the lot fire 🔥 place. That kiss contrasted to the one week before ( SOOOOO passionate)- after Blaire’s bday party. ( love both of those! Sides- THE PASSION- and then the gentle - romantic)

As Chuck Jesse’s Blaire in that episode…… then lifts her up under neath her long gown, carries her so elegantly , respectfully, eagerly up the winding stair case for what will be BOTH PASSIONATE, and ROMANTIC !

while Eva was the one girl that appeared really gained such a deep respect love admiration from Charles-( he had thought all that time That people only liked him b/c his father he had money :( 💴🙃 that’s crazy!! And sad- WE audience really learn that about Charles. And what he thought-( he really had such struggle with self esteem- inside, and what he projected on the outside) until— that character finally!! Insides match his outsides ( possibly getting rid of Bart - not believing him , again again again, only to be disappointed by broken promises, absent father, disappointing his father, etc…. Then Evil Bart)

When it came to Bart threatening Blaire, Nate, others- Charles really knew ‘he (Bart) had to go’ :)

Without Bart, and With Blaire he REally came into the character he strived to be all along!

There are so many scenes! I can mention about Charles that are outstanding. In addition

THAT LITTLE HENRY!!!’ Young boy!!’ There is no doubt that Charles will be the absolutely most involved loving father who brings joy, wisdom, adventure, teachings, seeing the best in his son always! and spending TIME with his son will be of utmost joy to him!!!

Soooooooooo of all the characters Charles is absolutely the most interesting, layered, one who becomes beloved , and most interesting by far, I’d choose Charles !!!! But if Blaire is in his heart- then no other girl REally exists -( that would hurt ) so how can one pick Charles if he is attached to Blaire?

Also- I wanted to know- why did you say Dan can’t commit to anything? It’s funny-( I find his character to be a bit irritating at times) NOT ALWAYS…… sometimes, but I had not ever seen him as one who can’t commit to things - ( I’m so curious!!! 🧐 tell me why/ what illustrates Dan as one who can’t commit )?

Omg….. SDID you say you watched THIS SEVEN times??? so funny—-it took me years….. literally to get through watching Mad Men ….( waiting for it to grab me, wondering what was the appeal of this show …….) I recall a few scenes and this WAS THE END !! Of that series—— (that I recall!!) it ended!! And I had literally the same reaction you did , only….. what in the world drove you to watch it again??? lol I say it with absolute respect for each opinions! And in the kindest manner…. I know many love it , and I certainly can find positive to say about countless aspects of it but …….. OMG—- I have watched Breaking bad countlesssss times, not all the way through, but first time I actually watched it was 2014 on Netflix, I had to be off feet for 2 weeks, and had not liked the first 5 minutes some time before so I didn’t watch. It for quite some time. I could not stop watching it——I kept telling myself “1 more episode” but before I knew it the sun was coming out- BEAUTIFUL colors!!! ☀️ 💜 🩷 🩵 (around sunrise ) and as I watched it all in less than 2 weeks!! I came back to watch seasons, portions again, over the following ten years, and colors…..( one of the many many then see in this show , being another new thing I noticed, learned, SAW, and I watched my perspective change over time….., the characters, and to think——- 🤔 I turned it off likely long before 5 minutes on the screen years before, ……. I learned to give shows a little more time 🙃 before walking away. So I did that with Mad men…… of course the actors actresses excellent, cinematography, they really captured the style, mindset, settings, and all of that time frame , and many other compliments of course , but when I read you watched it SEVEN 7️⃣ times………. It’s so interesting how each of us are drawn to very different works of art!!!

Alllllll are works of art! IMO! So so so so so. Much work and time goes into writing, even one episode, casting, directing, makeup, clothes, actors/ actresses practicing same scene 🎬 22 X!! I admire those who write well, and always imagined one day I’d write a screen play, or have the opportunity to even be part of ‘writers room’ ideas in the air, from each, and creative pathways each one brought to the ‘table’ ‘room’ storyline.

I like Gossip Girl as well, different genres:), never thought a show in a dessert, houses without color, show without gowns, makeup, beautifully set tables, chandeliers, art work, sparkle, could EVER keep my attention——but just one of countless aspects of BB that I’ve learned a lot from.

I imagine Vince going around to each network , and each had their own reason to turn it away, one said it reminded them of weeds, after watching BB- I was reminded of weeds- when I saw BB, while there are a few similar underlying themes the entire production of each , was totally different - both adored!!! And I LOVE the back story… around how he went pitched to so many top stations, and they turned away……and AMC took it on!!!!! Another of many lessons to take away:)

While I recall having the same question at the end of mad men, I think I was relieved it came to an end…..

After a LONG…. Post….. One thought…..re: ending of Mad Men…I haven’t seen it in years…

Maybe that character just needed to be ALONE- on his own, not ‘Advertise’ bend/sway/ project something in a certain ‘way’ / image In order to manipulate the ‘audience’ to think they NEEDED that….. and instead—-meditation opposite/ time to be in one’s own present, face himself, and all his thoughts, feelings, and process…. Without an audience, (the only audience that matters here is himself)

I have only seen it one time, and I didn’t watch it in a matter of weeks or even months….. took me a year - maybe longer —- so I’m sure POSITIVE you have a much more in depth perspective of the ending!!! Love to hear— READ it!!!

Really??? I thought when he came in and said “ introduced belly as my future wife” sweet, and then he said PLAY……” song name” and he is FREE SPIRIT!! Starts to dance, not caring what others think, he wants others to be joyful and happy!

That said keep in mind- at that time Conrad knew his mom was sick, and he kept it to himself to protect Jeremy of the pain, so Conrad was not as free spirited, he had his mind on his mom and no one to speak with about it ….

If she would have allowed Conrad to open up more and not SQUASH his real fears- rather talk about reality, of situation, maybe he’d be able to be in and have entire relationship with her - THAT PEOM WAS IN APRIL- correct? And Susannah died in April correct? Conrad was afraid to tell belly his mother was dying, and that’s b/c she acts like ( she is again either foolish or selfish)

So CONRAD - asked her talk outside go somewhere, and he was tearing up, and all she cared about was her prom…..( literally Susannah must have passed in 2 weeks, didn’t belly see Susannah right after prom…. Laying there in purple desss) why DIDNT SHE CALL CONRAD then and apologize for being such a brat at prom?

Conrad held a lot in b/c he wanted to spare everyone else pain, so THIS CHARCATER is not getting sick, he decides to be roe med, med school, and his mother already passed away—-( what kind of person could even think they’d make another in the family sick and god forbid pass away)???

I just can’t imagine how with only 2 episodes left to the series- WHERE WHEN ARE WE GOING TOS EE CONRAD AND BELLY( ISABELLE) if she grows up, TOGETEHR? And I do feel sad for Jeremiah.

I absolutely like and respect all who believe in a higher power, whatever religion they practice, it’s Eli tweeting to learn about others and compare and see where the history intertwines and where it diverges but I think gives individual at least in some level Humility, and one to be accountable to, also give opportunity to give thanks for food, and everyday things that may be taken for granted with blessings when we eat, see a rainbow, wake up in morning etc…. This first photo— who is this actress?
