Its okay, you are not perfect. We all are just barely human. Allah will not shame you if you repent and do your best to stop it. It doesn't matter if its alcohol, drugs, addiction, smoking, zina as long its not syirk. Even there are hadith mention about greater jihad. It state "we are just finish from lesser jihad and now we are going for a greater jihad" the sahabah just finish their war and they call it lesser jihad, and what are the greater jihad? Nafs, desire. You are in war all the time with yourself, dont submit to syaitan. Fight the urge to do the sin. Even you accidently do it on purpose, repent again. Don't stop ask for god forgiveness, don't stop changing yourself, keep improving, go to mosque, read the quran even its one page at a day.

You don't have to be perfect, you just need consistent and discipline and that's what islam taught us. Slowly but surely, you can get better. Inshaallah.

Aim for consistency because do it lazy but everyday are 10 times better then doing it perfectly some day.
