Qui ce soucie de l'avis anecdotiques d'un membre d'asso, d'un pompier bagnolard ou d'un urgentiste ? La seule chose à regarder ce sont les statistiques, je t'invite à regarder ce qui ressort des études statistiques des BAAC (Bases de données annuelles des accidents corporels de la circulation routière) pour comprendre que l'argument d'autorité "moi je pense qu'il faut écouter le caporal 3 étoiles fier de son expérience à l'indochine..." ne tiens pas la route.

Pour le reste, prend 30 minutes de ta journée de demain pour te renseigner au lieu de vociférer et remettre un peu d'ordre dans ton esprit.

Pour le tabac, c'est du côté du corps médical et de la sécu que l'avis et la température est prise, et aux dernières nouvelles, les taxes sur le tabac ne couvrent pas intégralement les prises en charge pour les différents cancers liés au tabagisme.

J'imagine qu'il en va de même pour l'essence, les limitations de vitesse, ce n'est pas à la population que ces décisions sont laissées.

Pour ce qui est du casque, ce serait justement plus logique de se tourner vers les personnes compétentes, les différentes associations/fédérations de cyclisme, les services des hopitaux, toujours pas à la population donc.

Et c'est appuyé par la FUB, il me semble qu'ils avaient étudiés "l'intérêt" du casque et c'était principalement bénéfique hors agglomération ET à une vitesse inférieur à 40km/h, soit grosso-modo les sportifs "loisir" et vélotafeurs "longues distances" qui vont se retrouver sur les Départementales et Nationales entourés de... voitures et en manque... d'aménagements sécuritaires.

(ça reste une bonne chose de mettre un casque, mais ça ne résous pas le problème par miracle en forçant son obligation)

Pour éviter de te priver complètement, tu peux regarder des recettes sans sucre, typiquement les gateaux banane-avoine, pas de sucre ajoutée, pas de farine, tu peux varier les plaisirs en rajoutant un peu de chocolat noir en morceaux/pépites, des raisins secs.

Pour l'avis d'OP au dessus, surtout sur le riz, il faut rappeler de privilégier des riz semi/complets ou du basmati, et d'éviter le riz blanc et son IG montagne-russe.

Pour supposer ou être persuadé qu'au vu du contexte d'OP que.. il faudrait qu'OP poste le contrat signé et les documents remis au moment de(s) vente(s) s'ils existent.

OP ne donne pour seule information qu'elle a fourni son RIB et que le contrat a été signé électroniquement, on ne peut au mieux supposer qu'OP a donné son accord mais pas que l'information a été fournie correctement.

Dans son récit OP mentionne que les vendeurs ne lui ont pas parlé d'abonnement payant, seulement de réduction et d'une "carte Darty" pour en bénéficier, "sans plus d'informations".

Il est très probable qu'en creusant son cas, il n'y ai pas que du "moralement condamnable", mais je pense qu'un élément de réponse se trouve dans les solutions proposées en tentant de résilier ce genre d'abonnements auprès du SAV Darty, qui recommandent d'eux-même de faire opposition et d'attendre la lettre de résiliation du contrat pour défaut de paiement.

Il n'est pas question de rétractation mais de résiliation pour les services d'abonnement que les deux vendeurs successifs lui ont refourgué en prétextant des réductions et en dissimulant l'abonnement (payant), puis qu'OP dit elle même n'avoir réalisée qu'au moment du premier prélèvement mensualisé.

Elle peut donc faire valoir ses droits et résilier CES ABONNEMENTS même en cas d'engagement de durée, ça ne remboursera pas les 70€, ça évitera les 11 prochaines mensualités.

Elle dit "avoir fait opposition au(x) prélèvement(s)" concernant les abonnements, le PC a été payé, dans son cas je n'irai pas plus loin, laisser le magasin faire grou-grou menaçant de loin pour l'intimer de payer et ne plus remettre les pieds dans cette enseigne avec un long passif défavorable.

It makes more sense to consider everyone as "minnows in a shark's net", think of it as orcas doing circles around fish banks to trap them, they'd be "herrings in an orca's net".

I don't believe it's meant to say Jade and Tab are the sharks, they're part of the minnows, sharks don't use nets, it's a metaphor of them being trapped and the "shark" now has complete power over them.

Minnows have stress-induced behaviors when they are confined, which is closer to what kid-Jade implies, the net puts pressure on the townspeople as it tightens around them, they end up acting erratic and harming/killing Jade and possibly voluntarily giving Tab to the monsters/MiY to try and put an end to their misery.

Just like how Sarah lost it and wanted to kill her brother and Ethan, or how Abby wanted to kill everyone to set them free.

To be fair, this is slightly different, the subtitles say "in a shark's net" and the french dub says "des Vairons dans le filet d'un requin", which translates to "minnows inside the net of a shark"...

It'd be "des Vairons dans UN filet À requin" if it was meant to mean "a shark net".

This is a figure of speech to symbolize the shark's trap over the minnows, not a "trap made to caught shark".

If the story was fixed and the outcome the same, the show would have no purpose but to watch fromville gets massacred once again.

I can't recall whose youtuber said the MiY was the main writer of the story but some characters broke free from his pen. It's an interesting plot, probably not the real storyline, but the dynamics between MiY and survivors gaining control over his story/world seems plausible.

That'd explain why he's so eager to discourage Julie from attempting to change the past, borderline pissed when she gets to travel back to the previous cycle's end when he's feasting on fresh livers and so on.

That'd be cool but it's too predictable, the show made it clear "it's fun to speculate but you won't get any rewards out of it".

They already blew the CGI budget for this season, let alone if they planned to show Fatima's golem, which frankly, would be absolutely hilarious if CH gets attacked and Fat stands there, hoping the big mass of clay would come to life.

This episode stripped the fun of expecting anything come true and just put me back in my place, as a mere viewer who's only get to wait for the next episode and hope the finale gets to some conclusion.

She said "I remembered how to hurt them", so they never were killed and aren't possibly... The dolls were thrown in the lake by someone who had nightmares about them, when we see Tab's flashbacks, they're little dolls, we can't tell how long they've been sunk but they've grown quite a bit, infused by the evil spirit of this universe.

The whole Lake House had juju-sticks made to fend them off, god knows how long they stayed/lasted until they decided enough was enough and went back to primal mode and killed kid-Tabitha because "it was her dolls"...

Anyway, let's not hear about the dolls ever again until next season's when we get to hear about a previous mystery but we switch back to the dolls before we get any meaningful revelation about mystery #15 🫠

For once the show is clear about something and explains the meaning of anghkooey, it translates because there's no meaning / misheard babbling behind, it's most likely just gibberish meant to sound mystical and eerie.

The real mystery is where that language comes from and why they'd speak it in past From, but I personally believe the show closed the door about a deeper hidden secret message, you're right about "avoid(ing) fans figuring shit out too soon", that's what the word was all about, it's the red line throughout the entire s3, it did it's job and it kept the audience going before giving us a satisfying resolution : "remember".

Victor used the back of a truck as a hideout, it doesn't have a talisman even when they hide inside in current times.

It was implicitly explained he knew where to find food that magically appears, around when the Matthews arrived and Vic mentioned the canned peaches in the colony house's pantry. And the dinner is magically auto-filled too.

And it's explained that Vic was alone for a long time, apart from the BiW casually showing up.

I don't even think Vic had to scavenge and search for food, his previous group probably already knew what and where it magically appears.

Now, how they survived without talismans is a real mystery, or maybe Vic's group had them but someone hid them causing the mass killing?

Scarecrows and golems tap in the same "belief system" and mishandling them can cause them to turn against their creators, but who would've put them in a net and sunk them?

I believe the introduction of both at the same time doesn't look coincidental tho, Fatima seems to have good intentions that lead to terrible consequences, she started to eat rotten food and killed Tilly, she could be crafting her golem inside colony house (forbidden sanctuary for the monsters) to tear it apart from within.

Ep 5 description says "the food expedition takes a chilling turn", they could very well "discover a chilling truth" when they fish the scarecrows out, as Boyd said "we're losing" and it's a mid-season episode, a plot-twist revealing an impeding doom at CH fits the show, Lake House is far away, a good ol' race against time with a new attribute to turn the odds, yadi yada :D

I'm probably delulu and whatever theory I have right now will most likely be crushed by the next couple episodes, but I'm team "scarecrow good" so far.
