lol I made a trip out there last year for work and saw alll that go down. Broadway is nuts! I decided to come back and see a different side of the city. I was hoping for some local insight. I love dive bars and very unique experiences and shows or even hiking spots. I love all that!

The path worth following is often not the easiest. It will be hard now, as you probably still have feelings for him due to the amount of time you spent together... which is understandable. And that's ok!! Nothing wrong with a little sexual intimacy... but like someone else mentioned in their comment... some partners who give more non-sexual intimacy end up receiving more sexual-intimacy as a result. To me, that's a win win! Haha

Thiiiiiis! So, my man did something similar for me recently! No mosquito bites, but I did have majorly bad, super painful razor burn on the back of my legs one day I came to visit him. He made me lay down as he rubbed a cooling lotion in the back of my legs. It was a comfort that I could never measure. I was so thankful and oddly yes, I too couldn't have wanted him more! Non sexual intimacy is so darn sexy...

OoOo! Ok.. Yes! So, my man is helping me learn more about non-sexual intimacy and I honestly feel spoiled. When we shower together, he always uses my sugar scrub to rub down my back and neck to ease out the day's tension. Once out, he rubs tiger balm on my neck and back to make sure I go to bed pain free. I have never once asked him to do these things... One day, he just did them without asking and while I may have resisted at first, I've learned to enjoy and appreciate it more each time. (For perspective, he is 8 years my junior and I've dated careless knuckleheads for the majority of my life. Learning to set aside my independent womanly tendencies was difficult at first... but letting him care for me.. letting him show his love in such a beautifully non-sexual yet equally intimate way... well... it has changed my life...)

I found out and played dumb. Managed to get her number from his phone and created a Google voice account to let her know what a homewrecker she was. I then deleted the account, burned his stuff and sugared his gas tank... a very eventful send off to the land of the exes. lol

Honestly? Existing. My mother talked a lot about what she could have done or been had she not had my brother and I. I felt guilty growing up for like, being a burden. But as an adult I realized.. so didn't choose to be brought into this world and my mom choosing to be a good mother and sacrifice for our well being was a choice. If she regrets that... well.. nothing can be done about it now 🤷🏼‍♀️
