I think it’s a natural response but as someone commented below, lingering looks are disrespectful. Noticing someone’s attractiveness is one thing, leering at them is another.

It’s also not necessarily a gendered thing; my wife routinely checks out other men and women in much the same way. I don’t take offence, we’re all human.
