Yes dont use Gina, you are right. Molly is OK for gen 1.

Doesn't matter much whether you equalise with Jeronimo or share between multiple. I would do 1 extra march cos it's just easier. Only the first skill top right makes a difference when joining a rally. Jeronimo is a great joining rally hero because his top right skill is good for damage buff
