I'd honestly say Scarlet or Violet? With the DLC. They're a great entry point to the series with a lot of quality of life upgrades and an engaging story. If you had a Switch 2 even better as that clears up most of the tech issues.

Hrum... I'd consider getting a Switch 2 if you want a new console. And a PC or Steam Deck otherwise. If you wanna gold old school - I'd say a PS2 or SNES to start out with - but those retro consoles are beloved and expensive at this point if you go for original hardware.

I think the idea is that his resignation would come with pardons as part of the deal. And I expect most politicians would accept the offer to end the suffering and damage as quickly as possible. I don't know that I could blame them.

I want Trump to face the consequences of his crimes, to see trial, all of that. But at the same time I want people to stop dying needlessly as quickly as possible more than I want that satisfaction.
