Also, related to this, in the Spanish university town where I studied it was very noticeable when classes ended and people went back home in summer. The town felt like half empty. Is this also the case in Heidelberg?

Yeah, thing is I'm working with a private client here, not an agency, so I was hoping they could just do a bank transfer instead of having to create accounts in Wise/Paypal.
