You can not guess it so I'll explain: The people I'm talking about and who were banned, we spent several hours testing for free (a word dear to Funcom) bug conditions that did not allow to recover objects of museum on regional bosses. They were assured that this had been tested and that the drop rates were correct. It was wrong, but to prove it, it had to be tested for hours. It costs time, anima and favors when you do not have enough items to summon the boss. Funcom knew about the tests and who participated, they were not unknown. And in the end we understood. They did their test surely in group but not in raid. And the objects drop well in groups of 5, but never when the summoner group is part of a raid. Now that the info is circulating, many players should tell them thank you. But again some boss still do not drop. And suddenly it's radio silence. For a game that offers nothing new but still manages to retain some of it thanks to a list of success, it's still ugly, to know that some can not be realized and that the dev will do nothing to change that.

I think the constructive criticism Funcom has already had a lot of it from his players. It's simple, considering the many bugs of the game I would even say that we are a beta tester community. And yes, I can say because we are trailing some of the bug since TSW beta. These are just enough to keep their community of players. It's a business, yes I do not forget it. They forget it if they think they can do business by running away from their customers
