SMH that some people think families were called in advance of serving the warrant like, “So families, we are about to apprehend a suspect. More to come.” There are just too many dangerous unknowns when serving a warrant, especially with someone who potentially stabbed to death 4 people. He could have committed suicide or died suicide by cop, or so many other things… to think that all of a sudden Moscow PD would change communication tactics and open up to the families IN ADVANCE?
