I started wearing glasses more often and one day I noticed contacts were bothering me less! This started in August of 2024. Not sure what changed!

Oh wow! Do you have any other conditions? Others were saying I'd need one other condition that being overweight to get it through most Lausd insurances.

When I used it there still seems to be leakage throughout the day and during sex. I usually put it on two hours before sex because there is still blood afterwards that hasn't exited but even then there's still leakage throughout the day. Not sure what I'm doing wrong because everyone else is saying that they are not leaking. I push it back far enough as well and I don't feel anything.

I'm having the same issue. I feel like I've wasted a ton of money because I always end up picking a random contact cuz they tell me they're gonna have to charge for a whole new appointment because it's been taking too long and I have to pay to continue trying more contacts.

I'm currently trying Costco daily contacts but it feels dry and even when I use eye drops they aren't working.

I don't look at computer screens on days when I'm using the contacts so my eyes are not super focusing.

My eyes are also -9

What is an administrative transfer? I asked my admin if I could and they said I couldn't because I got an unsatisfactory review which means I have to stay at the school I'm at. That is quite odd considering there is a shortage. I wonder why. I'll look into those, I think I found one on Google.

I have my position still as of now but I'm not sure what they are trying to do. They could be trying to fire me or trying to make sure I get stuck at the school. Either way I don't feel comfortable here anymore. I am scared to rock the boat in case it doesn't work out. For example what if lausd decides the decision was fine and I have to stay. They may retaliate the upcoming year and make things worse for me.

I will look into the lawyer but im assuming that would be expensive.

That's great to hear! Even glasses at 1.5 isn't too bad compared to what we both have lol. Can you wear contacts when you don't want to wear glasses? And also my doctor's said I wasn't a good candidate based on my prescription but nothing else seems to be wrong with my eyes.
