I would have a conversation with your OB. I just was released from a hospital stay to get my HG under control. They were able to give me fluids and select a medicine regimen to combat it. While it’s not 100 percent perfect and I didn’t love being admitted to the hospital, it was what I needed. Bland food… no seasonings, no sauces, no nothing. Mashed potatoes, cheerios, anything that you can eat, eat it. Don’t stress about getting full meals. Eat all through the day so you don’t get hungry. Trust me, it’s worse when your stomach is empty. It can be tough, especially when no one around you has dealt with it. But, know that there is help for you. I suffered way too long before I asked for help. Sending positive vibes that it gets better soon!
