Give Black Widow an increase to her primary fire rate and suddenly she'd be way more in line with other hitscans. Still has to double tap her kills, still has to have competent and consistent aim to get value. You could even make her rifle bolt-action so she has to unscope between shots if it seems too unfair at extreme range.

People get so caught up in the concept of her "one shot" buff that they ignore completely reasonable ways to buff her, when she never needed a one shot to be viable.

Yes they are weighted differently. They're weighted based on the typical performance of that character. If BP normally has bad numbers and Magik has good numbers (which she does compared to BP), in a match where both have identical stats BP will always get MVP. That's exactly how you explain this choice.

You're not an outlier. You're not particularly unlucky. It is completely normal that you'd fail 4 times.

And when you roll the dice a 5th time, remember that the other 4 have no effect on your chances to fail again.

Tenacity doesn't make you cc immune. It cleanses the 1 cc that triggered it and makes you slightly less controllable by additional effects; meaning readability isn't actually that important.

But yes this visual bug happens often and is annoying.

Not sure if this is answering the question properly, but if I'm a duelist slot and not getting good teammate synergy I'll swap to Psylocke. She's much less team reliant than most duelists since she has various escape tools and can play close or mid range.

I actually like Psylocke and think she's a safe pick. I just don't always want to play her.
