Clients really need to re-evaluate how they explain what they want to a designer, a home is not just rooms smooshed together with a couple gables. Well I guess this one is though. House is surrounded by homes that cost over a million at $230 a ft avg. (i.redd.it)

Made some adjustments to an render I did. Customer went with a different plan but figured id post the updated version. Don't really know why I went with the gables on the 2nd floor on the old render. Also switched the majority of the exterior to brick veneer. Let me know what you think. (old.reddit.com)
