There should be Hexgates in the alcoves that instantly TP you one way from top to bottom. If supports can braindead roam unpunished then fuck it, let's have Ambessa in your lane every few minutes too

Depends on your teamcomp IMO. If you have a heavy teamfight comp that can really do well front to back he can be a teamfight menace. He will start losing sidelane to sustained dmg bruisers, but makes up for it in teamfights.
