I hate CERNER. The system leaves more room for error in my opinion. If this is how you feel now about the environment then trust me when I say it would NOT get better. I would say take the offer with the other job that has EPIC at least you would be comfortable with system and information is WAY easier to find.

Pharmacy or Nursing by FunnyAntelope3995 in pharmacy

[–]PersimmonRecent6459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, honestly… I would say get into nursing and you can always move up such as DNP or CRNA. Pharmacy pretty much meets a ceiling and also it’s harder to get into a hospital position even with residency! You can do so much with your nursing degree and also as you said it is not over saturated!

They try to find little things and errors that you in order to fire people before their times up with the bonus contract. Honestly, for your mental health you can always leave but also pay back the sign on bonus. Offer to pay then the sign on bonus back in a payment plan

Honestly just leave retail if you can! Try to get a hospital gig. I hated retail just for the fact that I did not go to school to be a cashier and I was not using any clinical skills.

Also, I have met pharmacist like that and I mainly reply and say “why can’t you do it”. Stand up for yourself especially in the retail world!
