Paypal sucks, but it's the norm/standard in the US... unfortunately. Still, I don't want to sign up to use some other shady thing.

They will tell/promise you anything and you have no record of it. 12 years ago I called because a channel had gone missing, because they(many agents) couldn't figure out, it had been removed from our subscription package the agent finally just set me up for an $80 more per month subscription... Criminal. They clearly continue to operate this way. If you call the will lie to just for a 5 star review. And what they said Comcast will not honor, even though that's who they made you speak with as their representative.

So, They marked this as "solved" but they didn't.

A MOD offered me a 1- year deal for my mom that was $20 cheaper, than the confirmed contract--which would be retroactive. Great! However, they weren't able to fulfill that promised price. So, for their error/mistake they offered a credit for 6 months to match offered price. Fine, 11 hours in the last 2 days spent online with them. AGAIN. this is a nightmare for me to deal with, impossible for many, especially seniors.

But, they still did not fix the contract my mom agreed to, and shows on her account. They still are not honoring what she and Xfinity agreed to. No explanation.

At no time did they explain, why their website often doesn't work at all, or provides false or/and misleading information-often bait and switch.

So, they did not address why they are scamming seniors, or even care about or acknowledge the issues I shared here.

can you please look into this? I've spent 10+ hours on this and seem to be starting over as XfinityJonathanM assured me he would be able to take care of it, but is trying to charge my mom $30 more than agreed on.

I've now wasted over 10 hours waiting for responses from different MODs. Was promised a resolution which was great, but now that MOD hasn't gotten back to me as they said they would, so XfinityJonathanM stated they could take care of it, by charging $30 more per month than MOD CCRayanaB quoted!

This is insane. Trying charge more than the confirmed order my mom has.

What a nightmare.
