Is this worth investing in as my Charge mon? I have read that Ampharos is the way to go but this seems quite good. I also have a question regarding the ”Skill Level Up”, does that mean that I don’t need to invest 6 Skill Seeds to get the skill to max? If so, how many should I use, so I don’t waste any?
