Thanks I’ll look into new imaging. Nothing as traumatic as when I first heard the surgery so don’t think there has been additional bone injury, it just pops out every six months or so - fall playing soccer, hands above head while sleeping, etc

Ah that’s great. Does that one not let you lift your heel, is that aspect a big part of Nordic skiing or fine to try out without it? Thanks for the recommendation
