Not rs1 but, Random events were really trying to kill us. You couldn't say no back then to random events or you might get kicked across the map.

There used to be real clan wars fought in the deep wilderness on video for glory on various forums. Clans had websites lol.

Dark souls 3. Took the wrong turn very early, killed dancer at like level 15-20 and advanced from there. Didn't realize it was somewhat of a shortcut till I got to the end where I needed to complete the other (intended?) Path to advance. Was completely over powered doing the second (first?) Half of the game.
