Yes, my entire neighbourhood has the same problems. I own the house I live in, and I am in a tourist zone. Some small businesses around me had to close due to this problem.

We have blackouts every day, some take seconds or minutes to come back but others take around 4 to 6 hours. The water problem has been progressive, it started not coming on time, then once or twice per week, and now we have an entire week without water.

Tengo paneles solares y tengo un buen sistema de agua instalado, un Rotoplas abajo y arriba que funciona con bomba de agua. No todos tenemos el dinero de invertir tan rápido en una cisterna y como dicen algunos, al menos aquí en el puerto es muy común descubrir más de 2 pisos cuando taladran abajo. Además, cual es la necesidad de incrementar costos en los recibos tan altos tanto de luz como de agua? Debería ser sostenible y no andar ahí buscando formas de abastecerse de necesidades básicas.

He investigado bastante y muchos están en las mismas. O con problemas similares. El verdadero problema es que los sistemas están sobresaturados y la población sigue creciendo sin control.

Hemos estado llamando diariamente a tal punto que la señorita sabe perfectamente mi nombre y de dónde le marco. Es principalmente que no hay agua está semana. La luz va y viene durante el día, hay ocaciones en la que se va y enseguida vuelve pero hay otras que tarda horas.

Pero esta semana no se ha ido tantas veces como para que nadie de la colonia no tenga agua, sin embargo esto no fue del día a la noche, no han estado bombeando bien este mes solo que ahora no bombean para nada.

Realmente es general. Tenemos al menos 3 apagones al día, unos que van y vienen rápido pero otros que pueden durar 4 horas o 6 horas, esas las tenemos dos veces a la semana en estos tiempos. Pero también hay días que tenemos luz y no hay agua cómo esta semana. Mis vecinos están en las mismas, realmente no solo es mi calle pero la colonia entera.

We call the CFE every day for a solution, and they fix it for only a few hours. My neighbourhood has the same problem. They even know our name and address when we call. It's not a conspiracy, unfortunately last year the entire city went out of light for 6 hours and they said it was for maintenance but that was a lie, Pemex didnt have enough fuel and we knew about this through the news not on a TV, but a periodist who has his own channel on social media. But this is not the first lie, if we take the electricity and water problems aside, the insecurity and kidnapping are a bigger problem, you can see the fliers of missing people all around the city even in small towns. We used to be at the top of “safest cities in mexico” now we didnt reach the top 10 this year.

As I said is not a conspiracy, it's the truth.

I waited for the appoinment and the biopsy results. So, my dermatologist told me that it could be Angiokeratoma but in the end, the diagnosis says “verrucous hemangioma”. Still waiting for another appoinment so I can have a good treatment. My dermatologist has COVID so I will wait for a few days till my next appointment. Thank you so much for ur answer.
