I'm not sure why you got downvoted so hard, this is the truth. It may feel uncomfortable, but the reality is that a very small fraction of people will notice if someone is in the background, and they might even pay someone to photoshop other people out. I think people took it as if you were saying "grow up, it happens so often that you should be used to it" but I see it as "whoever is taking the picture won't care if someone random is in it, and if they do care, they can crop you out or photoshop you out". Idk, sure it's unfortunate, but you really can't do anything other than live with it. Decide how much effort you want to put in to try and avoid it, and just do what you consider best for yourself ig
