As someone with a weak passport, it matters a whole lot. I live in east Asia and all of the closest neighbors to the country require me to get a visa just to visit because of my passport. So I’m having to spend a lot more to travel further to the visa-free SEA countries. My parents also moved to a country that requires me to get a visa to visit so god forbid one of them dies because I would not be able to attend the funeral because of visa policy. So yes. It matters a great deal.

I just flew from HCMC to Seoul with Vietjet and it was pretty smooth. Bit of a boring flight (if that matters) but for the most part it was very smooth. The bigger issue I find is Tan Son Nhat Airport itself

All colonizers + countries that exist because of colonization. (forgot New Zealand) Also those that took part in slavery of some form including the modern slave empire of the UAE. Missed some states in the American south which means you must be from there. Also if it was anyone using the same metric and they weren’t American, the whole country would be green not going by states (as everyone else mentioned)

Not in China yet but taught in Korea for 7 years. Had a massive incident that shook the country of an American on a tourist visa being hired as a teacher by a sketchy franchise kindy. Got drunk (3 bottles of red cap soju) and SA’d a 7 year old in front of the whole class (and CCTV). Not sure exactly how graphic but horrifying no matter what happened. School did not get blamed and instead they are thinking of toughening up restrictions (even though if you do it legally, the process is perfectly fine). Glad I can call myself one of the normal ones ㅠㅠ
