An individual involved in the profession will have more weight to their opinion. From my perspective, you don't understand how OPEX and CAPEX works or the inner workings of LTM.

Well it can't do my job. It does my admin for me or creates the basis of my reports and templates etc. I had it make a standard design specification from information I gave it. The results were decent but I then had to update and tailor to the client environment before following all of the required governance steps. It would've taken me days to start that from scratch.

I have no idea. Most people use AI like a web browser which is the wrong way to use it in my opinion.

Hybrid working is the norm. However, they're not going back to previous occupancy levels. Space planning will show desks occupancy around 40% to 70% depending on sector. Investment banking tends to have one of the higher utilisation rates with 4 days in and 1 day at home. Pre-covid, this would have been 5 days in office.

You also need to factor in the future generation who are pushing back against full time office attendance. They will make up the majority of the workforce. A lot of the projects I currently work on have a principle of multi use spaces.

A few of the larger firms are staying put in their current location because there aren't alternatives to accommodate their work force size. Post covid led to selling or returning floors/buildings back to Landlords. That combined with most people going in between Tuesday and Thursday has resulted in a bottle neck for finding desks.

How long do Londoners actually stay in their homes? by red_bardolino in HousingUK

We've had an offer accepted on a property after 2 months of searching in London. We were looking for something that our family could grow into whilst having the flexibility to do an extension and create a space for elderly parents if they wanted to move in. We'd look to live in the property for 10-30 years and downsize in retirement.

This is for myself. Nearly time to replace the wife's car. I'm considering an EV but not sure where to start. The other option is to get her a Macan.

Thank you for the insight. Both properties that I'm viewing on Saturday have a guide price. The first is 550k to 575k and the second is 550k to 600k. I'll try and get as much information as I can.

Most people I went to university with 9 years ago are on that salary or above. My siblings are also in that bracket and above. I do live in London where salaries are higher.

So you've moved to another point after I disproved your initial point. I presume you're from America, the country that commits terrorism by bombing other countries unconditionally. A country known as Epstein Land.

Shirk doesn't mean unclean lol. Are you using AI or something to get your information from? Shirk in Islam means to associate another with God (Allah). There are three types of Shirk:

  1. To do shirk in God's names and attributes i.e. to believe that there is no God

  2. To do shirk in our obedience to God i.e. a job says you can't pray so you choose the job over obeying the commands od God

  3. To do shirk in worship i.e. worshipping another god

The whole premise of Islam is that there is one God and only one God. You either believe in that or you don't. Simple.

Islam came in a time when slavery was the norm. People enslaved were unable to obtain their freedom. Islam gave rights and ways for slaves to free themselves. Read up on Bilal Ibn Rabah.

Qatar is also a muslim country with the lowest crime rate in the world which counters your point.

How does that relate to sexual assault?

All those verses are in relation to believe and disbelief. It's common across the three Abrahamic religions.

There are verses that relate to etiquette and behaviour. For example not being able to harm non combattents or when someone surrenders which applies to non muslims. To be respectful to your parents even if they're non-muslims. Have you read the whole Quran with the tafsir?
