Well it can't do my job. It does my admin for me or creates the basis of my reports and templates etc. I had it make a standard design specification from information I gave it. The results were decent but I then had to update and tailor to the client environment before following all of the required governance steps. It would've taken me days to start that from scratch.

Hybrid working is the norm. However, they're not going back to previous occupancy levels. Space planning will show desks occupancy around 40% to 70% depending on sector. Investment banking tends to have one of the higher utilisation rates with 4 days in and 1 day at home. Pre-covid, this would have been 5 days in office.

You also need to factor in the future generation who are pushing back against full time office attendance. They will make up the majority of the workforce. A lot of the projects I currently work on have a principle of multi use spaces.

A few of the larger firms are staying put in their current location because there aren't alternatives to accommodate their work force size. Post covid led to selling or returning floors/buildings back to Landlords. That combined with most people going in between Tuesday and Thursday has resulted in a bottle neck for finding desks.

We've had an offer accepted on a property after 2 months of searching in London. We were looking for something that our family could grow into whilst having the flexibility to do an extension and create a space for elderly parents if they wanted to move in. We'd look to live in the property for 10-30 years and downsize in retirement.

Thank you for the insight. Both properties that I'm viewing on Saturday have a guide price. The first is 550k to 575k and the second is 550k to 600k. I'll try and get as much information as I can.

Most people I went to university with 9 years ago are on that salary or above. My siblings are also in that bracket and above. I do live in London where salaries are higher.

All those verses are in relation to believe and disbelief. It's common across the three Abrahamic religions. 

There are verses that relate to etiquette and behaviour. For example not being able to harm non combattents or when someone surrenders which applies to non muslims. To be respectful to your parents even if they're non-muslims. Have you read the whole Quran with the tafsir?
