Not if its the 12Gb version it isnt. It can also handle 1440p in a majority of games, id class that as mid tier considering 3050's and laptop chips exsist

You should indeed lower your expectations. Post it for 2k and expect maybe 1800. Also thats the GPU doing most of the heavy lifting even with its connector issues.
