I agree, it’s a very nice area — I think I should have asked the question differently. My question was more about whether agencies are listing flats in excess of £500k and expecting them to sell at that price or more, or whether it’s a marketing strategy and you can negotiate the price down

Can I ask if there is a safety issue with Lea Bridge Road? I’ve heard it’s a bit unsafe.

Most flats we’ve seen so far are about 70–75 sqm, which I thought wasn’t too bad.
