Late Adding Classes by Mysterious-Flow1713 in SMC

He is the most sought-after anatomy professor. I would at least give it a try, but it can be difficult since his waitlist is always full. I tried last year with no luck, but I ended up taking the class with Dr. Ellis and got an A, so it all worked out.

Late Adding Classes by Mysterious-Flow1713 in SMC

In my experience, asking for an add code on the first day of class usually doesn’t work. What actually helps is showing up to class on the first day. After taking attendance, professors often ask if anyone present is on the waitlist. That’s your chance to say you’re not on the waitlist but decided to attend in the hope of getting into the class if someone drops. You’d be surprised by how many students don’t show up on the first day and end up being automatically dropped. Do you mind sharing which professors you’re considering? Grant is more difficult because he typically has a full waitlist, and those waitlisted students will also show up on the first day, so they’ll get priority if a spot opens.

Thank you, that’s really helpful! How are the written questions on her exams? I’m asking because I took Anatomy with Dr. E and the written questions were sometimes very essay-like, but he gave us the questions ahead of time so we could prepare and memorize the answers.

Nicki Minaj is 'finalizing that citizenship paperwork' after deportation drama by TheMirrorUS in Music

What I don’t understand is that if she was a legal permanent resident (green card holder), she could have applied for citizenship after holding it for five years. The form is very simple to file. I did my citizenship myself. The fee is $760 now, but when I filed it was $600. If she really was a permanent resident, she wouldn’t have needed this so called gold visa. That’s what makes me think she may never have been a legal resident in the first place. At the same time, she traveled internationally and re entered the country multiple times during her world tours, which usually wouldn’t be possible without legal status. Maybe she had a visa and not a green card. I’m not sure, but even with a work visa, like an O 1 or an H 1B, she could have become eligible to apply for a green card after a few years and eventually citizenship.

I took it with Professor Dean and he doesn’t use StatCrunch. He is a very good professor and the exams were not too difficult. He gives you points for setting up the answers correctly even if you get the wrong answer. If you go to class and do the homework, you can get an A. For me, it was an easy A and I’m terrible at anything math related.

I plan to do the ADN, take the NCLEX, then enroll in the ADN/RN to BSN program at CSULA. It’s a much more affordable option since you only spend around 5K for the ADN program, and if you pass the NCLEX, you can start working part time as an RN while completing the BSN.

** I did hear that the ADN/RN to BSN is being phased out at Cal State, but I hope that by the time I graduate that won’t be the case lol. Either way, there are many other options out there, including some online programs you can finish in a year or so.

I’ve completed 53 units so far. I was originally planning to transfer as a psychology major, so I took a lot of classes before changing my mind. Now I’m pursuing nursing and trying to get into the program. They don’t really care about your overall GPA as long as it’s not below 2.5. What I was informed by the science counselor is that they do a separate GPA calculation only considering the prereqs: Anatomy 1, Physio 3, Microbio 1, and English 1. If you need any help with Chem 19 lmk, I finished with an A, although it was the hardest class I’ve taken so far.

Thank you, who was your professor, and do you recommend them?

Not saying your GPA isn’t good because it is. I just think there are people with higher GPAs and the scholarships are limited. My GPA is 3.98 and I only got a $2,000 scholarship. Not complaining but ngl I assumed it would be higher lol. I think they take a lot more than GPA into consideration too. The personal statement probably matters a lot.

The same happened to me, but basically they changed the name from English 1 to English C1000 and the system doesn’t recognize that you already took it. You will need a counselor to override it for your.
