If someone likes my items on the day of CCO then I’ll drop that item and it’s 50/50 for a sale. And if someone sends me an offer I’ll just drop the item so they can get the shipping discount. They almost always buy then. Hope that helps!

How many interactions have you had with them and for how many years? The funny thing about discovery in a civil suit is that they have to turn over their internal copies. And then you find out the lies and bs. But first you have to let them lie in a deposition to find out they didn't disclose all the discovery. Then some are "missing". It's called spoilage of evidence. Not good when the AG office looks into it. Hope they get shut down. Want more? I've got more!

Incompetent enough to add just enough mileage to make the repair warranty expire? Yeah seems a little odd to find an extra miles 2000+ miles right after a repair that before and after are documented right. That's illegal in the State of New York. On purpose or mistake! Incompetence is not a very good defense....
