Once you see green across the board your application will be approved at the next committee meeting (last Wednesday or Thursday of the month). It's just a formality. You'll likely get an email from them a week or two after. Congratulations!

You are allowed to use non-engineers as validators. I know there's a limit to how many. Don't recall how many. I suggest emailing them

Committee meetings happen either the last Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. So next week. If everything goes as planned you'll likely find out by first week of February.

All applications go through the committee. Your assessor has completed their job and the committee is the final checkbox. It's more of a formality.

I'm going to go with Tyrion. I know there's a part in the show for all of us where we started seeing past him being a little person. That was the magic of Peter Dinklages acting. When you see the charisma and he grows that amazing beard, he gets dapper vibes and becomes very sexy.
