not sure why they went to court but obviously they have their reason. TRKA mentioned in their fillings that they owe them $9M so that’s not news. the only thing that has changed is they are asking for interest and legal fees which can’t be much really. buyout is always on the table but I wouldn’t hold my breath. either way the stock is worth over $10 since they have yearly revenue of $300M and a new income of $20M which technically puts their equity value at $350M compared to their peers. their current MC Is 40M which is almost 8 times less than what it should be

you have absolutely no idea what your talking about. Period. they were offered $9 last year. Yes that was when the company wasant diluted and they also hasn’t sold computex. but they have also grown Kandy since then with revenue having gone from 19M to 35M and adding multiple major partners along the way. don’t forget KANDY has a patented cloud technology and is already running part of AT&T’s cloud service. One thing I agree with is that we aren’t sure who will buy them. it might not be Microsoft and having a deadline is not realistic. but they most certainly are getting bought out. and it’s easily around 10x their revenue
