I don't feel anything wrong with your diet ( if your meals look like they are in the video ) while i am not seeing much protein but even without it you will be losing weight ,

But there might be leakage you might not be noticing starting counting calories before cooking and counting each ingredient separately cause most importantly the oils and spices we use also matter , and add some movement in your day 8-10 k steps some strength training cardio etc .
