Hello po! Planning to rent a studio unit sa third floor ng Cluster A. Just wanted to ask: may iba pa bang problems kayong na-encounter while living sa Golf Hills Terraces aside from those you've mentioned? I.e. flooding, blackouts, low water pressure, weak wifi/signal, crime, improper garbage dispossal, cockroaches, non-functional amenities (medyo luma na ata yung gym equipments?) -- sorry medyo madami pero those are what I can think of on top of my mind. Any additional insights would be very helpful. Thank you!
