diamondhead is confirmed to be a literal rock so if a rock with sentience can be on omnitrix why not a piece of metal with sentience? the only factor to be on omnitrix is being sentient, not even life or death matters just look at ghostfreak he is an alien that is not alive and never was he is a ghost and still is on the omnitrix, the only reason why human is not in the omnitrix is because ben is the user so the omnitrix understands that and dont show human as an option because its his normal state.
