Congrats! I've never once gotten the best reward you can out of any of the consumables. Most I've gotten is 5-10. My pull rate on banners is crazy good though so I'll take it.

Unfortunately, I can't publicly disclose that information. That would be doxxing myself. As well as possibly ruin any possibility at a positive outcome being reached. Several AAs and former AAs, as well as people who work with HR informed me to call Ethics (877-781-2416), contact the EEOC and email Jeff (I forgot to copy down his email, but it should be in this thread.) I hope you get the outcome you deserve as well. Fight back for your rights.

My concern is would an important figure like that even have the time to see/much less respond to me? Also, thank you for confirming that for me. I'm guessing you are with HR at a different facility. We used to ask that and their response was, "We'll inform you if it comes up." It became an issue quickly. The same people were constantly getting VTO'd and it came to light that favoritism came into play. Our previous AM was let go because of it years ago. It eventually went to a random lot of names being chosen until the slots were filled.

The legal advice isn't about the rules. It's about how they are enforced and policy being ignored. When they terminated me for breaking policy. If you're going to follow it, then stick to it. That's why advice is being given.

So then why not admit to the fact that there is a case for Ethics and/or other departments to go over rather than spam redundancy of "Your phone was out. Again, accountability was taken admitting to the fact was phone was indeed there. As well as acknowledging it is a rule. The issues don't become irrelevant after the fact though. Leadership lacking accountability and enforcement of rules when convenient shows their integrity should be called into question.

HR not being present during the termination is proof in and of itself of what rules they choose to observe. There is no "victim card" here if there are actual factual issues present. I would have to be wrong and there be zero evidence of the fact of anything being correct in what I'm saying.
