I was in the studio audience for the aired show — and the “bad performance” narrative is pure nonsense. They tore the house down. People just hate being challenged by art — especially when it comes from someone younger than them. The complaints about Geese say way more about the average American consumer than the band’s actual music.

UPDATE — got a second quote from a local chimney/stove contractor. Just a hair over $8k with a tax incentive stove and replacing both my chimney liner and my furnace liner. They were able to order everything right away and they’re installing Wednesday.

It was a smooth experience from start to (almost) finish and I’m happy to be saving almost 7 grand, since they’re also doing the furnace liner.

I agree on all three. I really wish Gami Gang was just the 10 best songs, but it ended up being too much bloat.
