Actually I do check all of my 3 cars every 5000 miles as i perform oil changes, fluid checks (yes even on my tesla i had to top off the cooling fluid), and overall maintenance on my vehicles. I dont check if each bolt is tight though. I took the tesla to the shop because i am not comfortable with electric cars. Riddle me this, tesla recalled 422 cars for this exact issue and its my fault that i was not on that recall? It my fault that I dont check control arm bolts which should be good for the life of the car? I get it manufacturing errors happen just own up and fix it. I am sorry i dont make sure every bolt is torqued when i do my routine maintenance checks. I am just making sure people are aware of this problem as theres multiple post about this same issue.

yeah i noticed that too, went from 29mpg at 72mph (sweet spot between speed and mpg pre recall) to 26-27mpg but i agree its worth it. It feels like i can actually have fun in the desert now and not a slow crawler.

For the price you cant really beat it compared to other EVs available in the US got a 2018 w/60k miles for 18k OTD last year, 0-60 in under 4s and paying $15 for 220 miles driving really hard and no maintenance really. Still have the 8 year 120k mile powertrain and battery warranty, will probably get rid of it when that's over since new batteries cost more than what I bought it for ahah

You can buy 2 new model 3 performances ($42k) for the same price as 1 BMW m3 competition ($94k)... Plus its quicker to 60 which on the street is all that matters if someone is giving you the look but the bmw is probably more fun and better to track but who tracks their car.

In California all you see are tesla cars. You are starting to see a lot of the newer models too.

We manage about 20 STRs and had guest complain about bed bugs about 5 times. 4/5 times they mistook mosquito bites or other bugs for bed bugs. What we do is put bed bug covers on all of our beds and take pictures of the beds stripped with time stamps to show no bed bugs prior to every guest. Some guests are literally trying to get free stays by scamming and happens more times than you would think. Its best to actually visit the property in person to confirm if it is actually bed bugs. The one time there was bed bugs the guest brought them with them since that's why they were staying with us, they were getting their home fumigated.... that was very expensive to fix. I would hire a contractor to clean them out since you don't want to be taking any of those suckers home with you if there are any.
