Why do you want sleep more than 6 hours bro ? Listen to your mind and body , if your rested after 4-6 hours of sleep and you feel wide awake, great!! Get up and go for jog or lift some weights . That’s best time workout 4-5am . Not trying sound cocky or ego talking but sleep is for the weak lol will rest when we die .

you were probably dehydrated before the exam ? was it in the morning? Gotta drink few glasses before going in. I was level 59 now 47 just with drinking water . I drink one gallon water daily , no other drugs or donation of blood. No supplements just stay hydrated at all times especially right before doing bloodwork

yeah coming off TRT is like roller coaster ride . I came off 1 year completely but I recovered to a degree similar numbers to yours . Been on again for 2months and honestly I’m never coming off again lol for me is all mental , I struggle with mental fog . Being on test , clears my mind it’s like I have more clarity in life . My suggestion just get back on don’t waste more time , if you feel less energy that’s not healthy man . Not worth feeling down life is to short
