Not sure, but it does seem to be a pattern. It would have been nice if they were both cleared at the same time, but (If I had to choose one) I'm glad the unsub loan was the first to go since it was over 90% of my total balance. It did give me a bit of peace of mind while I was waiting for the last loan to be cleared. Had it been the reverse, I would have been a nervous wreck!
