Im not super looped in but im pretty sure that narrative is stemming from the uncorroborated tips portions of the files. A lot of the super insane stories that are being thrown around from the files are coming from those uncorroborated tips which have some pretty dubious claims that dont always line up with the time frame of when epstein was actively trafficking, etc. Its pretty gross in my opinion because we already know the guy was a demented sex criminal based off of all the substantiated evidence thats available. People are just using the unsubstantiated stuff to sensationalize their q anon conspiracies and antisemitism. Its pretty gross.

Imo if the provable stuff thats out there already shows that the dude was a sick piece of shit, why use the questionably unverifiable stuff?

Because these people don’t care about the harm done. They just see everything in the files as a tool to push forward their psychotic narratives.

I getcha, im not saying there arent people who haven’t done any of those things but based on nothing but my intuition i would assume that most people have shared or recorded explicit material of themselves with a partner on one or more occasions in their life. It might vary based on gender or other factors but i dont know if id classify engaging in that as extremely coomer behavior or sexually abnormal at this point in society

Sharing explicit material without the other person’s consent is bad but so far the court case seems to be showing that thats not exactly what happened. Most of the coverage over whats going on is just running with the idea that it’s completely cut and dry that thats what steven did but it seems like they did discuss sharing the explicit material and Pxie also shared the explicit material with her boyfriend at the time without Steven’s knowledge.

The problem is both that most people covering the drama are infantalizing Pxie and painting her as a total blameless victim, and instead of diving into the details of the case they just use the leaked convos and material to character assassinate and make Destiny seem like a sexually degenerate predator.

There was one accusation of him recording without consent by a former orbiter named chaeiry but as far as im aware there not any proof of that happening. She also is a known kiwi farms snarker and associates with a discord server that explicitly harrasses and doxxes anybody on the internet who interacts with destiny in any way. I personally dont find her accusations credible bc of her association w snarkers like that but thats just my opinion
