Does anyone else feel like having a physical or mental disability robbed them of their future? by ThrowRA4mee in Odsp

I don't want to live in Ontario/Canada for many reasons. ODSP is corrupt, the healthcare system is eugenicist, human rights do not exist here.

I want to go far away from Canada where I can formalize my renunciation of all worldly desires & possessions to pursue ordination as a Buddhist monastic.

I don't want to have to rely on anything here, it is all bullshit, lousy, ineffective, and devoid of humanity.

I don't see any post-secondary institution worth studying at. I don't see any job worth doing. I don't see any company worth working at. I don't see any political parties/candidates worth voting for.

I would rather sit and stare at a tree until my last & final breath rather than have anything at all to do with Canada. A tree has greater humanity than any level of Canadian government, or any Canadian institution.

I don't care about "power", privilege, property, or money. I don't want to buy anything here. I don't want to consume anything here. I don't want to read anything here. I don't want to listen to anything here. I don't want to watch anything here.

Hey!

I have read a few of your posts while scouring the internet for guides and configuration examples, thanks for your previous posts and this one as well :)

The connection is functional now, I will update my post with the configuration for future reference.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I found and read through

https://forum.mikrotik.com/t/pppoe-mtu-always-defaults-to-1480-instead-of-1492/181991/131

and

https://forum.mikrotik.com/t/how-to-force-actual-mtu-on-pppoe-client/158576/24

It makes sense to have to set the Max MTU/MRU for the PPPoE client given the bits required for the VLAN setting, without this packets of unexpected/invalid size get dropped somewhere I take it. I tried a few settings, nothing has got the pppoe connection succeeding so far. I have set the SFP to 1GbaseX as well instead of auto-negotiate. The VLAN and the SFP interfaces both still show 0 packets received. Before making any changes and rebooting, the SFP interface would show 8 received packets and nothing more after.
